I am a FLE teacher with certifications from both France and Great Britain, I I also have a BA in Philosophy which means I use very different approaches to teaching my mother tongue.

Although I have a very structured and tested corpus of resources, I never hesitate to improvise if it means I can stick to your specific requirements on the day.

Typically, a session will involve a bit of small chat at the start before delving into the target language.
We would focus on understanding rather than simply learning, with the aim to be able to recycle the newly learnt contents in everyday situations.

Of course, online sessions can be intense and draining so I always make sure you have a couple of minutes here and there to relax a bit and make sure all your questions are fully answered.

French is a difficult language and it can be awkward at times, so I put a strong emphasis on reinforcing your confidence but also your curiosity so that the sessions are both effective and thoroughly enjoyable.
