My name is Axelle Tisseau, I am a PhD student in Latin American History, currently conducting research at Cambridge University in the Center for Latin American Studies.
Throughout my academic journey, I have been actively involved in tutoring in different disciplines. I have over seven years of experience in teaching in global history, as well as French and Hispanic literature. Moreover, I have over five years of experience in teaching French, English and Spanish as second languages at different levels. My proficiency in those languages allows me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Being a tutor has always been one of the most exciting and fulfilling aspect of my academic journey. I started tutoring during my undergraduate studies, working with a charity for migrants. Since then, I have assisted high school and undergraduate students through University programs during my own academic journey, such as the Sorbonne, Salamanca and Stockholm tutoring programs. My tutoring experience therefore spans various locations, including France, Spain and Sweden, and involves different languages—French, English, and Spanish.
