Our 12 yr old daughter has been working with Elizabeth over the last 3 years and we are extremely pleased with her progress. Most important, Elizabeth’s classes are what my daughter looks forward to every week. We had to freeze classes for a few months and it was our daughter who repeatedly reminded us to re-enroll. During group classes, Elizabeth connects beautifully with all her students and understands the needs/strengths of each individual. She communicates effectively, efficiently and is very patient regardless of skillset. She meets the students at their level, ensures they are proficient with fundamental techniques and builds from there. Our daughter currently works with Elizabeth 1:1. The focus of class is anime style drawing, which is my daughter’s main interest. She makes learning fun while also encouraging my daughter through the more challenging techniques, which has helped to build her confidence. Ms. Elizabeth is a very fun, nice, patient, and knowledgeable teacher. She has taught me many techniques and skills from anatomy to coloring in both traditional and digital mediums. I appreciate how her lessons are thorough and detailed. She also shares helpful resources with me. I’m so lucky she’s my art teacher.
